Return Policy for Lamps

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your lamp to request a return.

Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your lamp must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition you received it (unassembled, unused, and undamaged)

  • It must be in its original packaging, including all protective packaging and accessories

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at embarkdesignlabs@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions for sending your lamp back. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. A restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your lamp immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the situation and resolve the issue for you.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom-made or personalized lamps

  • Lamps that have been used, assembled, or altered in any way

  • Hazardous materials, electrical components, or batteries

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your lamp, we recommend returning the current item, and once the return is processed, placing a new order for the lamp you want.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For shipments to the European Union, you have the right to return or cancel your order within 14 days without providing a reason. Your lamp must be in the same condition you received it, unassembled, unused, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your lamp, we will notify you if your return is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
